  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh spinach.
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled.
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • To start, you need to preheat your oven to 375°F. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting the capsaside for later. Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Thereafter, you should add in the chopped mushroom stems and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Take each mushroom cap and fill it with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture, packing it intightly. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchmentpaper. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the tops of the mushrooms to help them brown and become crispy.
  • Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 20-25 minutes, or until they're golden brown and the filling is heated through. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • These stuffed mushrooms are the perfect combination of creamy, savoury, and smoky flavours. The spinach adds a fresh, healthy element to the dish, while the bacon providesa satisfying crunch. And of course, the cheese ties everything together with its rich, melty goodness.
